Forest Bathing
During a forest bathing walk with Wil, participants experience unique sensory activities that bring together our bodies, minds and hearts with nature.
You may be invited to feel different plants with your skin, or be curious about what birdsong could be trying to say. Participants are encouraged to be creative and curious, to do whatever feels right in the moment. Towards the end of the walk, a closing activity helps incorporate the experience before leaving the forest.Participants do not need to be experienced outdoors people or practiced meditators, and those who are can still notice the benefits.
