What you can expect:
- intentional slow and deep breathing - noticing bodily sensations - reflecting on your mental state and emotions - being curious about your unique relationship to the natural world *for some, various sensory and physical sensations may not be possible. Wil strives to offer inclusive meditations that include options and various ways to create mindfulness and ease. Virtual meditations tips: If possible, participating virtually from a patio or yard can be a fun way of exploring your own connection to the Earth. If this isn't possible, a view to a window with sounds or a view from the outdoors can also work. Even just having a houseplant, stones, shells or a pet nearby - any element of the natural world to make a connection with! |
